Support is by email only. Nabla endeavour to respond promptly during the hours of GMT 0900-1800, Monday-Friday.

Support includes the following services:

• advice and assistance on the general operation of executables supplied within the software;
• generation of case files for simulations to be undertaken using the software;
• modifying applications and libraries supplied with the software;
• create new applications and libraries for use within the software.

This covers most conceivable support needs, e.g. including:

• installation;
• start-up support;
• general use of OpenFOAM;
• programming using the OpenFOAM C++ library;
• algorithm development;
• model development;
• tailoring FoamX pre-processing for new OpenFOAM applications;
• extending dxFoam/Paraview post-processing capability for the user’s needs.
